Ayrton Senna 1994-2014 anniversary

MILAN - Can't believe almost 20 years have passed. It seems like yesterday and that nothing changed... it seems. Still watching Formula 1 without anyone, better with no friends, as if F1 was a personal sacred rite for us, since we were kids in the '80s.
Today sure he would be a very important person, with a main role in F1 and not only. It's so sad it makes me cry, it's as if he was one of my family, for how I'm still shocked by this loss.
He died in Italy (Imola but San Marino Grand Prix, 1st May 1994), the year he left McLaren... he should have joined Ferrari instead, he was often linked to Italy (and also he could speak Italian very well of course). You know, that crash was Williams' fault, they messed with the steering wheel column.
My first year @ Monaco was in 1993, won by Ayrton of course, king of Montecarlo, 6 times (1987 +5 consecutive GPs, 1989-1993).
There's no need to do something special that day, as we remember him during the years too, and it's sad to remember the day of a death, but if in these months anyone wants to write a message about him, sure he would happy we think of him.
He's still one of the main reasons why we support McLaren.

Singapore GP, fans still booing Vettel

SINGAPORE - English Sky commentator Ted Kravitz : Vettel is missing the point. They don't boo him because he doesn't drive a Ferrari, but because he always wins.
Yes but it's more for his arrogance and the stupid things he says.
And it's 5 GPs... with also Canada, Silverstone, Spa, Monza.
Ah but according to Vettel it's only "the Italians booing every driver not driving for an Italian team"... what an ignorant fuck.
Fans should like a winner, for example I liked Schumacher, he was really a great driver. Now it's about Vettel's behaviour.
Vettel: "I'm just driving a car, not saving lives"
...trying to sound humble and modest when he already proved he's not... with his attempts he just sounds pathetic.
Meanwhile, Red Bull clearly gives his team mate Webber 2nd rate material...

new F1 GPs 2014, Russia, Mexico, Austria, New Jersey?

Russian Grand Prix (Гран-при России), Sochi Olympic Park.

Gran Premio de Mexico, Ciudad (City) de Mexico, circuito Hermanos Rodriguez... nostalgia of when we were kids playing videogames. I remember the straight seemed like never-ending

Austrian Grand Prix (Großer Preis von Österreich), back after last time in 2003 when it was called A1 Ring, now Red Bull Ring... very bad name, the people will think there's something irregular again behind Red Bull...

New Jersey Grand Prix, New York, Port Imperial street circuit... nothing special, I thought there were skyscrapers all around the circuit

Formula 1 @ Olympics, film 1, F1 2014

MILAN - Formula 1 @ Olympic Games, old idea that must come true soon or later. With the drivers using the same standard car, then we want to see if Vettel still wins....... obviously not... as Alonso, Raikkonen and Hamilton and more are clearly better then him.
Just because the athletes use a car, it doesn't mean they don't make a physical effort... in F1 during a race they even lose kilos. They're complete athletes, working hard to be fit.
The next Olympics will be in Brazil 2016, Japan 2020, maybe Milan 2024, places with a great motorsport tradition.

next events, not only the movie Rush, also the film "1" (by Paul Crowder) at cinema (from 23 to 25 September in Milan), with Sir Jackie Stewart, John Surtees, Niki Lauda, Emerson Fittipaldi, Mario Andretti, Nigel Mansell, Jody Scheckter, Damon Hill, Michael Schumacher, Jacky Ickx,  Lewis Hamilton, Jenson Button, etc.

still in Milan on 27 September you can visit the whole Leonardo Da Vinci museum for free, Toti submarine included, and at 21:30 - 22:30

Monza 2013, SebASStian Vettel

MONZA - After the booing he received at Silverstone and Spa, Vettel realised there's something wrong and he's trying to be funny, but just looks like a ridiculous idiot. Pathetic man. Can't wait to see "the Italians boo EVERY driver", as he said... Of course they won't. With Vettel only. Anyway, nice briefs on his head... appropriate for an ass face.

Vettel: "it's normal they boo me in Italy, I'm dressed in blue"
ah of course, it's not him, it's the team's fault... Fans also noticed in Canada, Silverstone and Spa.
"As they’ve booed a lot, I think we can be happy today." ...they’ve booed a lot?? only a few seconds at the end.. at the start of the interview. He deserved to be booed MUCH more.
Chris Horner: "it's normal in Italy where every man is an Alonso fan"... no.
Now the "black" community of Hamilton fans are going to accuse Italians of being racist against white people.

attendance: the organization of Monza said it was full of people, but it wasn't really. It can't be "the crisis" as always, sounds like an excuse... 'cause it's years of crisis and usually there were a lot of fans.
It's because of the tickets PRICES and because this year they excluded the people who were always doing Thursday (walkabout)+Friday (now it's necessary to buy a 3-days ticket, so many people didn't buy them)
